Submit a return request

Click the profile icon at the top right:

1. Access your account:
2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue".
3. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included therein.
4. Go back to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click "Request return" for the order for which you wish to submit the return.
6. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.
8. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
